I throd dark forests
As Hollywood stars on Red carpet
Tender as mothers breast
Yet warm to heat your frozen heart

Thorns crack in my embrace
Reaching out
I whisper to the lonely
My kiss paralyzes fear

I play with orphans
Shadows dance on my stage
Doors and windows are opened wide
All in the presence of
Beauty with no bounds

I cross rivers
To paint color on your cheeks
The deaf will tell you my name
The blind will lead the way
Remember to .....

Call me Sunshine.

Writer Profile
Ntsiki

I am a rare african rose..am neither black, white, red or blue. Mother nature has been kind and creative...she blended me in her most exotic and exquisite shades and u are trully honored to be graced by my presence. Share this experience!!

This is my story. My inspiration comes from those simple things out there. it is through writing that i get to appreciate my positions, past and present.

I am not a writer by proffession but I am in the journey of discovering the artist, writer, teacher and healer within. I have seen and counselled people silenced by broken relationships, crime, poverty, HIV/AIDS, abuse etc.

Through writing I liberate myself &those affected by the secondary effects of trauma....we are surrounded by these social ills.....i write to escape- maybe not??. The world has many stories to tell-let us share our stories and maybe bring order into this chaos.
