Above all; good and accountable governance should be encourage and support on the continent. Though, it is presently a pre-requisite for partnering with external development agencies, it must be encourage at all level of relationship. Confessional lending and debt forgiveness are now tied to the good governance and the preparation of Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP). African government are also intensifying the Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), specifically, for peer review and learning to check governance. Western nation had increased tremendously Official Direct Aid (ODA) to Africa, in order to halve by 2015 the number of people that are living under one dollar a day. If these momentum are maintained coupled with expand access to water supply, decent and affordable health care and constant supply of energy, there is no doubt that Africa would achieve the Millennium development Goals by its set date.
