Arlington
(To all the heroes and veterans of foreign wars)

Oh say, can you hear
beneath the white crystal snow
to the soft crunch of my footsteps
unheard below?
Are the songs of my heroes
silently dreaming
in the whispering wind
sometimes I hear them singing
There's a bright light in my eyes
reflecting off the rushing river
the wall resounds the names
the artillery proclaims
In the fields there is an unknown cry
I've heard the hollow sound
Oh say,
Oh say,
Oh say,
Can you hear my song?....ARLINGTON!
