Finally, the health care delivery system for the rural people is very essential and important and deserves much attention. Unite for Sight global humanitarian organization is doing a lot in this regard in all parts of the world, presently very prominent in Nigeria. I also think private individuals and some not - for - profit arts foundations/organizations should help this rural health program aimed at reaching the people at their base and grassroots. A lot of attention is needed in this regard!
