The little creek in my village Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION
by Akinwole Philips, United States May 3, 2005
Environment   Poetry

Yesterday, I drink of you without fear

While you drip freely from
hanging leaflets.

Giving freely the purest life.

Today, I drink of you with much tears

While you drag foully for
human droplets

Taking freely the fragile life.

Tomorrow, I shall drink of you again.

Pure, emerging from the earth

Writer Profile
Akinwole Philips

I've been trying to be persistent in intellectual meditations and spiritual intercourse and all that pertains to that. I enjoy writing and see messages in all things, events and phenomena. Most importantly I see beauty in all things.
