In light of the disaster in South Asia, we send hope and aid to those in need:

I do not come in a box
I do not come in a pail
I come in a person
And I come to prevail
I come to give wisdom
I come to help cope
I come to cure heartache
I come to give hope

I have come here to help you
From far, far away
I want your salvation
And for your health I pray
I came here myself
I have no real master
I come with relief
To those in disaster

I don’t speak your language
I don’t understand
But I'm here to help you
To hold on to your hand
I need no temptation
No salary, no cash
To be here and help you
To sew up a gash

To see you, a victim
Strikes pain in my heart
Your smile is my payment
A light in the dark
I see your discomfort
I give you a hug
We are all human
On one rope, we all tug

Though you've never met me
And I never you
I help you, dear friend
It's the right thing to do

Who am I?
I am a friend, I am a volunteer
