Peace & Conflict   Poetry

My sweet language is pride
other people speak
And my laughter is appreciation
My Lord gives kindness to hearts

With so many worlds to explore
Many lacked the balance of life
Life, so sweet with lots of balance
Hearts and souls peeped for glory

With small glory the world gives
Our heritage got preservation
We got liberation
We equally got recognition and shaped

My mama told me things about heaven
She told tales from the 'record' blues
She tried my convinction avenue
Told me to believe earth as real

Sweet laughter mixed in my cold anger
Thoughts of danger crossed my hearts
With little, greatness could be achieved
More impact for big, make it bigger love

She said we are the people of peace
Mama spoke in kind languages
Told me of a future of love
love is people's peace as preached
Oh, my dear mama!
