We wish we could tell them
What they’ve done to us
Our past damaged beyond repairs
Because of taste for power and honour

We wish we could find words to describe
Pains we gained
from unwillingness to change
What falls us each day spend in power

We wish you knew the number
Of battalions of victims in the underworld
Who challenged your chases
And called for your halt

We wish you knew how sad we know
No different between our dead ancestors
And you living dictator
What we see in your hands
Is not good to go
Is our future with no substance

We wish you saw what awaits you anyway
Your fall too, because we’ll fight!
Yes, your fall to the deepest hell beneath the crust we stand
Allah is furious because we are furious

Writer Profile
`Dayo Greats

`Dayo Greats is not a writer but a simple person who draws words from his emotions and establishes his views on matters arising.

You can call it anger or expression, my intention is to spit it out once-and-for-all and halt the threats.

I wish I could be a crafty writer till the era of tyranny is ended.

Nonetheless, I won't stop writing for myself till you are found too

@ Chijioke Obinna Okonkwo. Maybe or maybe not friend,....just depends on you what think anyway. It could anger or fanatic expression, but it is a spit of truth not a split of another country fallout. I believe it is a lesson and words of caution to the fanatics, dictators and the tyrannies out there all over the world. Certainly, every man will reap whatever he sows, i mean every bit of it!

Solidarity

This is great Dayo! Lets remember to continue to pray for the ppl of these war torn countries as they are in the midst of perhaps the most important times of their lives. One cannot fix a wrong by committing a further wrong but to the people and youth of the Middle East...In Solidarity!
