| Reconstructing Haiti: A great opportunity for co-development reinforcement |

Haitian migrants’ efforts to play a major role in reconstruction should be facilitated by their host countries and by Haitian authorities. Co-development has helped some communes in Haiti to improve basic social services and the planning of local development. This should be the global agenda for the whole country.
