The psychology of integration and complementarity between the society and creativity |

Creativity is considered one of the most complex psychological, physiological, and educational concepts because the creative process includes many different reasons and axes by the family, school, society and heredity, in addition to some process that were discovered later regarding the activating of the mental capabilities, which are to help in increasing the ability of the individual for the creative thinking.
Understanding the process of creativity is still limited, and is considered to be one of the most challenging concepts which face the psychologists and educators. Henceforth, the importance of complimentary and integration among the various social institutions is obvious for acquiring the creativity. From this introduction I can indicate to many axes of different various trends which are that:
1- Research and study of the creative process are still outset and don’t take the integrated interaction among its various axis.
2- The reason of deficiency of handling the creative studies with their various of creative field may be attributed to the imagination of the view in handling the problem due to specialization.
3- The fault of the researchers may be limited in one or more of the following:
- neglecting the creative person
- neglecting of the environment
- neglecting some characteristics of the problem.
Here we can ask our self: is there regular manner in the process of creativity? Are there specific stage which the creative idea develops through them? What are these stages and how the creative idea arise and develop in the society?
These are the most important questions through which the effort of psychologist stem from in the field of analyzing the creation of the creative ideas and their path.
Most of researchers agree that the creative mean 3 mentally abilities:
Originality + flexibility +fluency
It is necessary to review the early history of the societies and life of the creators, by this review we will be able to achieve an early creative environment, by determining the variables or the forms of behaviour and the types of upbringing and readiness of the social environment with the various institutions to create the creative character.
The surrounding social environment of the creator plays important roles in developing his creative talents; we can be guide by a number of the principles that can be used, which are as follows:
1- encouraging the constructive diversity.
2- get the child accustomed to respect his values and talents.
3-accepting the sides of deficiency.
4- developing the skills even if they were limited.
5-developing the values and the suitable target.
6- decreasing the feeling of loneliness, anxiety, and fears.
7- increasing the chances for more free choices.
8- turning to the system of education all life.
9- adjustment and keeping up with the international changes.
I want to mention here for the characteristics of creators, we can find a lot of it, but it depend of the nature of the environments and the culture of creatives, these characteristics are: flexibility, intuitive thinking, the early interest of the mental activities, openness and widening the horizons of imagination, vitality, physical health, following up attaining the goals, ambition, independence in the point of view, curiosity, persistence, cognitive openness, interest of the theoretical and atheistic values, originality, self confidence, non-interest of the social limits and opinions of the others, determination, frankness, joy, simplicity, and talkative people, etc.
It's not important to find all these characteristics in one creators, but you can find some of it, because as I mentioned above it’s depend of the nature of the environment and the culture of creators.
Finally we have to be more carefully when we want to select our programmes and activities in any events as GYSD we have to select our activities to be more creativity that can any participants benefit from it to build their abilities and skills to be more creativity to.
