Don't dwell on the moments of mistakes- except to learn.
Don't try and undo the bad breaks, no more your concern.
Make up each day with the minutes you have, and give your time to those who have not.
Look around and take a look at what you got.

There is a spot in your mind, in your soul, in your heart.
Each beat could be a moment to get a new start.
'Cause when it is all over, it can once more begin.
But will man ever acknowledge his deep shame of sin?
For now we must give as much as is within-
and befriend all in love, before our end.

They say the "bright side" is better, but from whose point of view?
I wish all could think, as I'm thinking of you.
My body's been weathered by our perilous dust.
Pure "Love" has been shattered by animal lust.
I think that I'll stay with all the Love I endure-
And I hope all those with me will find this Love a cure.

Softly, each breath and each word should be spoken
To find all the ones to be left here unbroken.
To pull from each other, all the Love that we share-
But I know one sure thing, that my heart is there.

« return.
