sometimes i feel you are the sun
sometimes i feel you would run
and thats my greatest fear
what to my eyes brings tears,

would you stay with me
would you wait for me
would you stand the test of time
would you always lend a dime

i am standing on a rope
because thats my only hope
that what is worth having
is worth waiting for
