Drop that file! Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

Drop that file, because what is inside is not helpful in the presence of glaring economic mishaps. It was a tradition in the past that men and women who graduated from universities held their heads up and squared their shoulders in balance as they walked the streets of our dear country. This was not too long ago. Then, graduates with honors had an array of invitations to employment to choose from.

However, in the present day world, things have changed and the fate of securing a good job after school is like a sad Shakespearean allegory. So many young people search so hard and long for job opportunities today that, when the job finally shows up before them, they appear unemployable. After days of starving, without food in the stomach and with no hope in view, emaciation sets in like “kwashiorkor”.

My friend, let’s drop that file and talk about something else. We all have some white holy grail that we can put on the table if it is consciously explored and permanent engaged. It is just that we lack the right perception of this reality called the “mind”. The mind is the mystery grail matter that the Creator put inside of everyone of us to help leverage us from nothing into something. Certificates alone cannot deliver the satisfaction we all clamor for in real life.

In creation, animals had better leverage than man. Animals could run faster than man, the birds of the air could fly faster and higher than man, whose weight posed an impossibility in the air. It was not too long before man was able to harness the latent energy of his inner recesses to outsmart the animals and took over the entire vast space called the earth. Man utilized his mind to build cars that sped faster than most animals, and aircraft that could fly faster and higher than birds of the air. The mind of man, by this feat, became the instrument of dominance. You could call it the power of leverage. Certificates were not the precursor of this uncommon feat.

I dare say, once again, that you should drop that certificate that is devoid of satisfaction and launch your inner mind to produce results for this generation. Great men are separated from ordinary people by their ability to use this power of leverage to access the uncommon treasury of Mother Earth. Just help me think: what exactly was on the mind of Christopher Columbus and what was his motivating force when he set out on the voyage that led him to discover the new world popularly known today as America? The biggest tool and arsenal he had for himself was his mind. The mind of a man is bigger than the man himself. I can even say it is bigger than the Milky Way galaxy that hosts our planet. Take a man's mind away from him and you succeed in destroying his future.

There are four reasons why you need to drop that file:
1. You save yourself the sorrow of not getting employed at the end of the day.
2. You can take an adventure into accessing the gifts and talents amassed in you by Mother Nature.
3. You save yourself from working hard to save for retirement, which may take longer than necessary to actualize.
4. You can now set out to mind your own business, which can really make you financially independent for life.
5. You can now retire young and rich and take full control of your economy. Your profession alone is not financially relevant to your future, rather it is your ability to mind your own business that matters.
