A desire to excel
A demand of excellence
A desire to please
A requirement of service
A hunger for more
An obligation for even more
family and friend's support
but with them comes a pang of responsibility

I could just walk away
turn a blind eye
ignore the need
but then i'd cease to be me
I've got to keep going
got to keep doing,
giving,
serving
loving
cos until i know why me
I can't risk discovering
I'm irreplaceable
too late.
