The key to changing the future is starting to help in our own neighborhoods.
I will donate a pound of food to a food bank on my way to my destination!
I will donate clothes I don’t wear anymore to a homeless shelter!
I will learn about world issues and create discussions to raise awareness!
I will respect and treat everyone I meet with kindness!
I will pick up garbage from the ground and put it in the garbage!
I will be responsible for my actions!
I will be grateful for my life!
I will become a role model for those that come after me!
And these are only the tip of the iceberg, for you can create a better world around you!

If you can be your own best friend (books have been written on this) then from there you will hopefully find expression from the heart which will need no direction from others, but rather will become true self-expression.
