Scream of silence …..

A silence with in me
So loud and grieve

Like a saga which never ended
Incomplete! As a dawn dream

A flash of your shadow… enlivened my soul
Like a dune of sand sprinkled in the wind

Shackles of time, suffocated that zeal
The verve passed away, when I wake up from this dream

You may not listen, what my heart plead so loud
And I may not understand your profound pain.

Yet in deep anguish I feel
The silence with in me …..Is the scream of your silence.

Jamal

[for a friend who is silent these days]
