WHAT A BLESSING YOU HAVE BEEN TO ME!

We all appreciate the impact
Of our biological fathers
And their labour over our lives

But sadly, very few of us
Really had that kind of experience
With our biological fathers
That we greatly desired
Before their untimely departure
On the face of the earth
And as such, a wide gap was created

But the emergence and appearance
Of certain individuals in our lives
Restored back to us the father figure

Thanks for being a father to me
Though the gap is evident
But I want you to know
that your impact in my life
cannot be quantified
‘cos I’ve always watched you
From a distance

I might not have been the first person
To send a special message to you
This special season
But I want you to know that
I’ll like to be the first person
To send a heartfelt message
That spans beyond this present season
Into all season hereafter to you

It’s only eternity that can put an end to your immeasurable impact in my life.
Your humility is convincingly humbling
Right from the day you came to minister
at the Chosen Generation Fellowship
in 2006

You have been to me a standard
Of God’s chosen and elect
A faithful husband
A loving father
A worthy servant
And minister of the new covenant

I may not be able
To fully express myself with words
But the only true
And faithful rewarder of men is God
And it is my prayer that
He’ll preserve you and your family
And always cause you to rejoice
All the days of your life

Thanks for being you at all times
And I pray God to strengthen you more
As you strive towards
Fulfilling your ministry
To the youths in the community
And becoming more like Him

I really appreciate you

Oh! What a blessing you are!

This is the best gift I can afford for now
But I believe God to give more next time.
You have been a BLESSING INDEED!
