On a cloudy rainy evening I sat outside with an aunt She suddenly turned shouting opportunity I looked at her and shook my head Then just as suddenly The thought slammed me And I ran up to her And joined, screaming opportunity Opportunity isn’t just a word It isn’t a simple statement It carries a lot of weight It can raise or erase It comes in diverse forms It could be fresh or stale It benefits the strong & swift It bypasses the weak & slow Finally keep this in mind Opportunity works this way Opportunity+ Christ is success Opportunity – Christ is disaster « return. |
