A Dream of a Youth Minister Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION
by Lynette, Philippines Sep 28, 2007
Culture , Peace & Conflict   Poetry

Once I had a dream,
I was walking across the stream;
I saw people's faces with a beam,
When I reached the other side of the stream.

Then I had a dream,
I was heading towards the realm;
I heard people's glee with a merry scream,
When I arrived inside of the realm.

Now I have this dream,
That my heart longs to seem;
To be God's instrument with a gleam,
And be a light and guide for our team.

Ilike your poem as it dwells on issues that I too has written about though I haven't published it yet on this panorama publication. I also want to publish my on poetry book as soon as I find funds that'll enable me to. Otherwise, I really liked your work. Keep it up
