Peace & Conflict   Opinions

In our existence everything has a cause. What, then, is the cause of history? The “savage” has been replaced by the “terrorist.” His will is based on nothing more than the intrinsic desire to inflict death. His hopes can only be fulfilled once he has indulged his natural inclinations. He has, once again, become an impediment to “peace.” His “nature” will necessarily bring eradication upon himself. Thankfully, however, it is in a good cause because he will be made into a free person, liberated from his own un-evolved, enslaved self.

Peace has become the cause of war and war the cause of peace. By this contradiction misery has subjugated happiness, calamity has triumphed over hope, and anguish has dominated aspirations for peace.

Together we must write a new chapter in history and create a revolution in thought. Hand in hand, we must liberate peace from its current state of captivity. In common spirit, we must resist and take comfort in our certain victory.
