While undulating along in agony forest
Her face stood like a stroll for my mystery
Perhaps the shocks of ecstasy prevailed
Even to the hunger towns by the seaside

Homo Sapiens in the coat of habilis
Species yet to evolve in ancestral shape
Guided by the rules of natural selection
Competition does call at lest for rest

The drums overwhelm the guns
By the taxes and rumours, the looters...
Hath dreams long forgotten by the desert
The epilogue of the long torment unleashed!

Yet we understood the prologue that comes
Harvest is no blessing without markets!
Their shoes crashed like a wayside rose
This journey ended in dark rain-clouds

And the wings of the bird broken
We needed to shout, Hallelujah
But what is the need in our state?
Perhaps trapped by the civilization war without end.
