We all need to know this
It has to be told as a short story
But the lines of our fore-fathers has never
been this great and kind in our history
Our generation is a great one
Deny Nigeria and deny yourself
Today we knew ourselves by name
by action we commend and commit our purpose
Our values, our pride
Cos it is our vote that counts
Young man, and young women
It is here with us and in us
The ability to respect our opinion
Service our debts and take charge
It is a 21st century of youth
Leadership at our side and within us
Leave it and the elders take it
A greater population that would suffer for it
Mistakes and sins of me and you
The fathers and mothers are great people
We acknowledge that but..
we need chance, we probably needed space
Our choice is our future and
The future is not far but here with us
It is Election time once more
Youth, the ones of Nigeria
Hearts and energy of the nation
It is election time again, a time to take charge!
