Who's life are you leading? Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

Your own?
Are you sure?
Are you not perhaps living my life, our lives and their lives?
Most probably…

Are you leading the bronze life of your parents?
Or the silver life of your friends?
Perhaps the golden life of your hero?

And for what?
Acceptance

Is that why you play the part that they’ve decided for your life?

Not that their intentions are wrong
Or the opposite thereof
It’s just that you hear their voice in your own mind

You live their lives, not your own

Your own abilities are based on their approval
Your own voice has been crumbled by their ways
You become what they aspired to become
Your dreams are based on their philosophies

Their fears becomes your own
Your accomplishments, theirs

And to comprehend that, is beyond human knowledge

Are you going to base your life on the approval of others and until when?
When are you going to start living your own life?

When are you going to refuse without rebellion?

Start now…
Have faith in your own path
Start living your own life
Dream your own dreams
Learn from your own mistakes
Make your own choices
And live in contentment with the consequences.

Through writing I express my dreams, desires and dysfunctions. Just about everything that has meaning to me.
My writing was never without a purpose, just as my life and my contribution to life. I strongly believe I become a better person through the collective contribution of every person in this world.
