This applies to every situation in life....Whatever you have, ( be it peace, love, food, happiness etc) always cherish it. Don't look out to see what others have. It might be very deceptive from the outside. Only when you must have lost what you have, will you know how precious a pearl you possessed (and this won't take you long to realise it).
This thought gave me the inspiration to write this poem "MISSING YOU":

Missing you is a feeling I'd like to bury
Just five days gone by, and it seems like a century
Whatever I think, your name comes either first or last
Oh! baby why don't you come back fast

Now I know our love is true
As my heart beats, I know it's for you
Whether in happiness or sadness, I know our days will be blue
Just like in the evening at dusk, the mountain azure

It's been an experience and a good lesson
Makes me know that you're the right person
For whom my feelings will never shorten
For always, I see them lengthen

I'm sure you're my long desired treasure
My love and care for you will be without measure
Yes! at all times. Not only at my leisure
Whatever the situation, love will be our flavour.

Writer Profile
Manga Azah

"Manga Azah" I was born on the fifteenth of march 1981.I am the fifth out of six siblings.
I love technology. especially Information technology, and I have always strive beyond my own means at graping and understanding more and more of what I don't yet know.
I have always loved asking the question "why" to any situation and happening. That is the reason for which, even though being an extrovert, I love expressing myself with poems which more or less sound and look very introvert, because I think within and try to look for the answers inside. The poems reflect the numerous questions I ask myself within, together with the resulting available answers.
I am practically and developmentally Oriented. As I always try to deduce resourceful capabilities from each and every potential I come across, So I always right projects, mindless of whether there will be available funds to fuel them. I love looking at the optimistic side of things as my christian background compels me to be so.
I am a sports fan, as I am myself an almost all round athlete. Needless saying again that poetry stands in as one of my hobbies. I also love photography a lot ( took that from my dad). My dad always says "pictures tell history for themselves".
Also love travelling a lot.
Well, that's me. Living on and looking forward to life's challenges.........
