Why mum refused! Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

Health   Poetry

I was sixteen years of age,
the least i thought of was marriage.
But like my fellow peers,
i threw away my fears.

And went down with a guy.
He was the least to make me cry.
I told mum i was in love,
but she yelled "Don't get involved"

i thought her unfair
until i discovered who was unfair.
What the guy had was lust.
All he wished me was the worst.

He wished to have me disflowered.
Thank God i was empowered
by mum's golden advice.
"You are not yet so wise"

WHY MUM REFUSED!

This really is what many teenagers face. They wanna go out on a date like their fellow peers, only to become victims of heart break, rape,STDS et cetera

A woman of a noble Tier When we say women of quality Yes, you're that entity! When we say women of virtue Yes, you're that true! Though all the stories that's & familiar You differ to be peculiar. Hmm, you're as rare as a white goat. Kept your dignity yet without the coat. You so know it'll be cold Yet, you kept your eyes on the road. So proud to be yours, a friend And pray we do have no end. Me, your beauty gingers! You know I like your fingers. When you smile, so cute! Your voice, sweet like a flute. Girl, I'm really into you! And do so admire your view. You're trully peculiar! A woman of a noble tier. You're like a thousand rainbows We're yet to define, blissful colours! You've rightly placed your mast, Enough charisma to last. Baby girl, you got ways! Your grace even break bulls. Poor me, could be only a friend That wish for a no end. How I wonder how'll be that hearty That you'll bless with your beauty? This poem was inspired by my friend PECULIAR EDIOMO. You're super!
