Greetings to ALL.

Every morning when I woke up I used to question the way things stand in the world we live in.

How communities shrug off the most inhumane abuse towards women, children and environmental rot?? And how we are still prepared to simply sweep under the carpet much more......I don't know.

But I do know that my big break came when I first entered the TakingITGlobal site. I realised that to get some answers - I must connect with the world first...and now I see that we are on one big boat for a mission...and each of us needs to keep rowing for it to be accomplished.

So this is to let you know that I appreciate us...all of us who use these computer machines to cross borders and bring back what the world might have robbed us- the goodness of humanity...I am now so optimisic and inspired that when I am walking, my mind is far ahead of me, already moulding strategies of how we can be of better support to each other so that we can be heard on the global stage as one voice.

I thank TakingItGlobal for the platform...and mostly thank each and all of us who are playing our roles....even when storms come...remember that there are other people who will keep on rowing this boat- You are not alone!!!!

I simply appreciate us!!!

Ntsiki

I am a rare african rose..am neither black, white, red or blue. Mother nature has been kind and creative...she blended me in her most exotic and exquisite shades and u are trully honored to be graced by my presence. Share this experience!!

This is my story. My inspiration comes from those simple things out there. it is through writing that i get to appreciate my positions, past and present.

I am not a writer by proffession but I am in the journey of discovering the artist, writer, teacher and healer within. I have seen and counselled people silenced by broken relationships, crime, poverty, HIV/AIDS, abuse etc.

Through writing I liberate myself &those affected by the secondary effects of trauma....we are surrounded by these social ills.....i write to escape- maybe not??. The world has many stories to tell-let us share our stories and maybe bring order into this chaos.
