My childhood is not too far away,
I grew in the arms of loved ones,
They dared to pamper me all the way,
It did not cost them much;
Her demise has brought so much sadness,
Her departure turned my life into shreds,
God was willing to see me thru all the pains,
Even when I refused to see His way as proper;
Life to me should be prom and proper,
All fun and joy with the one your heart desires,
Hold hands and hug each other all day,
And pray that the day never ends;
As a youth I plead with my generation,
All is not lost except we give up our pride,
The future is in our hands for us to take charge,
The race is on and the Challenge is ours!
