They’re not the happiest bunch
They think that it’s unfair
Not taking a break for lunch
Because they really care
Two-hundred and fifty thousand
They all protest, mad
People wish it hadn’t happened
But, guess what, IT HAD
They’ve attacked shops and banks
Had 75 arrests
They said not a please or a thanks
Police wish they would give it a rest!
The government say it’s necessary
The public say no way!!
The police are getting wary
The public don’t wanna pay
The government should have learnt
From the student protest cuts
I’m surprised nothings been burnt
And they had to live in huts!!
Well it was Libya now its London
Protesters everywhere
Egypt earlier on
Protesting is in the air!!
