My Almost Life Printable Version PRINTABLE VERSION

I almost lived today
I almost breathed one breath
I would have let out a cry
If my mother hadn't sentenced me to death

I almost opened my eyes
I almost woke from sleeping
But my mother had an abortion
She didn't think I was worth keeping

I almost had hopes
I was almost able to dream
But they took my life from me
And they didn't hear me scream

I almost had a hero
That almost saved the day
She was almost my mother
But she took my life away

Hey Everyobody! I'm kinda new at the whole writing thing. I mean, I write poems for myself, but this is my first time writing stuff that will be published. Well, I hope you enjoy my writing and understand what I have to say. I write about what I care about, and I hope you see and share the passion I have.
