Launch of the Mental Health Guide With the Sun Life Financial Chair in Adolescent Mental Health, TIG has created a Youth Guide to Action on Mental Health which aims to help educate and inform young people on mental health and mental illnesses. By providing the necessary tools and resources, the guide will help you make mental health a priority personally, in your community and around the world! The guide is designed by young people, for young people, incorporating the ideas and actions of TIG members who participated in our featured discussion over the past year.
