Calling All Digital Natives!
TakingITGlobal and NHK Broadcasting of Japan are asking for your input in a new documentary series around Digital Natives - The Internet-savvy Generation! This is your chance to share with the world your thoughts on how the Internet has changed your life, and how you intend to use the web to change the world. We're looking for short videos that will be included online and in the documentary series - produce and share one!

Event: 4th World Youth Congress
Efraim Neto from Brazil attended the 4th World Youth Congress in Quebec City from August 10-21. He's submitted an entry in the Global Gallery which sends a powerful message to all youth! E-consultation on Migration and Development
Young People We Care (YPWC) with support from TakingITGlobal, Global Youth Action Network, and Migrant Rights International is organizing an E-Consultation in preparation for the 2nd Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD) taking place in the Philippines in October 2008. The 4-week E-Consultation - from September 14 to October 11, 2008 - is expected to substantively include young people in migration debates as well as influence migration polices that work in the interest of young migrants. The GFMD has become one of the principal international spaces in which governments discuss migration and development policy, and young people are very affected. Find more information and get involved!
