Education Fast Forward Debate |
On July 10, Promethean and Cisco will hold what will be the first Education Fast Forward (EFF) Debate with students as debaters. The EFF Debates are an initiative to identify and act upon the greatest issues facing Education internationally, bringing to the table key stakeholders and thinkers in the field. "From Learner Voice to Global Peace" will be the fifth such debate, and be geared towards the most important of stakeholders: young learners around the world. If you’re an educator or student passionate about issues relating to peace and conflict, you can watch the debate live at www.PrometheanPlanet.com/EFF, while participating over Twiiter with questions and comments using #effdebate. The debate will feature Jeremy Gilley, founder of Peace One Day; our very own Michael Furdyk, co-founder of TakingITGlobal; as well as a diverse selection of 25 students and TIG members across the globe. |
